Email from a blacklisted address gets trough

Tonight I received an email from an address that I black listed some months ago.
Why should that be? Is the PN system falling apart?
No one has to agree with my opinion, but in the time I have left a miracle would be nice.

Seems like a bit of an overstatement to say the system is falling apart after receiving 1 email. I'm happy to take a look to see what's going on, can you raise a ticket on your account with the full headers of the mail?
