If the poster wishes to raise the question again it should be under Community Support with a little more detail.
However if it is in relation to Webmail I believe you need to login to the mailbox and select Options then Display Preferences and then select Show HTML Version by Default. I think that will fix it for font colour etc. but not spell check. For spell check you should use Firefox with British English Dictionary added with "Spell checking as I type" enabled in Firefox Options, Advanced
