Do I get a free wirless router?....

Just changed from a previous plus.net package to the BYW Opt 2, does anyone know if I get a free router even though I'm an existing customer?

Hello there,
If you would like to raise a ticket on your account, requesting the wireless router (It's a BT Voyager 2091) then we'll be able to send it out to you.
One thing to bear in mind though. If you do elect to cancel within 12 months (although I'm certain that you won't) you would need to pay us £29.99 for the cost of the router.
