Disney plus domains blacklisted?

Hi, 

I'm having trouble accessing some (not all) of the content on Disney Plus, specifically that which uses bamgrid.com

There are several domains which need to be available for Disney Plus to work:

• bamgrid.com
• bam.nr-data.net
• cdn.registerdisney.go.com
• cws.conviva.com
• d9.flashtalking.com
• disney-portal.my.onetrust.com
• disneyplus.bn5x.net
• js-agent.newrelic.com
• disney-plus.net
• dssott.com
• adobedtm.com

I changed the DNS settings on my laptop to use Open DNS but still not able to access the content.

Does anyone know if Plusnet blacklist any of these domains?

It's possible that one or more of these domains is using an out of date geographical location DNS database and thinks that your IP address is not located in the UK. Try switching your hub off for a few hours, or preferably overnight, to see if you can force it to pick up another of the dynamic IP addresses used by Plusnet.

Disney+ is getting a lot of use in our family at the moment and working fine on a pn connection.

Your current IP is looking like a UK one to me, so should be fine.

While I might be on another ISP (Disney plus works fine here btw) bamgrid.com doesn't appear to be available i.e. if I try a tracert or ping, I get a host not found. If I enter it into a browser, it comes up as not found. But it does exist as Whois reports on it with ownership details etc. I might add It also doesn't appear in the Privacy Badger addon blocked sites that I use on Firefox so doesn't seem to be essential to have for Disney+ (unless you use it to access Disney+ in an different way). Looking on the net I see a few posting regarding bamgrid.com accessing issues. You could always contact bamgrid.com via the email mentioned on the Whois listing.
