I disabled flash ages ago and activate it only on pages where i need it - eg youtube.
Interestingly though, firefox has a gaping great security hole when it comes to flash. If you click to activate a flash object on any page, it will enable all of the other flash objects on that page too. Further it will also continue to use flash for any more pages that you navigate to.
Seamonkey does the opposite. You click to enable a flash object and it will only enable that particular flash object. Likewise you have to instruct it to enable any further flash objects on later pages that you navigate to.

I need a new signature... i'm bored of the old one!
