Did plus net team up with open zone?

I read a couple of old articles online that were hinting that plus net were teaming up to provide open zone to it's customers, any news on this? There's an open zone next door but I am currently tethered through my phone and it's nearly used my 2gb data already lol

I believe that option never got to market.
