Delay with new order for Home Phone and Unlimited Fibre

I place an order for Unlimited Fibre and Home Phone on Friday 6 December.
This morning I got an email saying that  you are experiencing a technical issue with your phone ordering system that is preventing the order from progressing.
When do you expect this problem to be resolved and is it likely to delay my installation date of 23 or 24 December?
My ticket number is 78233859.

Problem has been sorted by Ryan in Customer Support.
Unfortunately due to the delay I have missed the chance of getting fibre broadband before Christmas  :(. It looks like I will have to wait another week until 30 December.
Hopefully Plusnet will get their new support centre in Leeds up and running soon as the wait times on the phone are > 30 minutes in the evening.
