Default web page

Hello,

I would like to create a web page that is held in the root of my web site (Index of / (plus.com)) that display a splash screen and contains some links in an HTML page. Can I do this?

Okay great! What is name of the default file?

I would assume it's index.htm or .html

index.html works for me....
