Depends.... Are you using a netgear DG834 by any chance... if so, disable the DoS reporting in the router as it is not DoS.
What is reporting the DoS?
How often is it being reported?
If less that 1000 per second it is not DoS but normal 'internet noise' that everyone gets and the router correctly blocks and ignores.

Then it is a false DoS report and it looks like your router is doing the same as the 834 range. Just disable that reporting in the router.

Thanks for the advice Peter and also reassurance, I dont like it when my router reports them and it happens, But usually just once every few months, I have not really learned enough about DOS attack's, Perhaps i will learn a bit more about them so i know what im dealing with.
Cheer's,
Steve
