DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Hello, I'm getting the above error when I try to access a legit website - as soon as I come off wifi and use mobile data it works perfectly OK. Same error on wifi whether on iPhone or Dell PC. I've tried restarting my hub but still no joy - does anyone have any other ideas?

There have been a few dns issues today, from another thread

Hope this was cause.

 

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
