Copying (FF/IE) Tabs from on PC to another

I have many tabs open in both FF and IE8 on my PC which I would like to transfer to my laptop.
Rather than making note of each in turn and opening it on the laptop is there a way of exporting all open tabs from the PC and automatically opening them on the PC?

the only thing I can think of is to export all your favourites to a file and then import that file on your new laptop?
is that what you are after? I appreciate that you say tabs, but I think you're getting at favourites..

Doh - Why didn't I think of that  Cheesy
I'd already transferred favourites a long while ago but the tabs I have open now are just temporary.
Anyway, I'll save them all to a new Favourites folder and copy that across then just reopen them on the laptop.
