Converting from Care4free.net

I have been given an email saying my madasafish account may be in jeopardy.  I have yet to get an answer from the 7508 number it says to ring.  I hope my email and 2 web sites will not be changed.
I have a @care4free.net email and web addresses, anyone else in this position and have you got an answer yet?
