Converting MP3 Files

I Have a load of MP3 files but my car CD will only play standard CDs.
Is there any simple program in Linux that I could use to convert these MP3 files into other formats that might play on a standard CD Player ?

Re: Converting MP3 Files

Just use Brasero and choose Audio CD project then drop the mp3 in to it.

Re: Converting MP3 Files

That worked no problem, couldn't believe it was that easy.
I Had a go with KB3 and just got messages it couldn't recognise the files so assumed I might need to download some additional files.
Brasero worked fine so thanks for your help !

Re: Converting MP3 Files

You didn't say which distro/window manager you were using , but Brasero is fairly standard.
With k3b you may need some kde mp3 helpers if you are on Ubuntu etc, Mint already has them,
