Hi all
The basics are this.
Moving out at the end of the month, going into rented for appx 4 weeks then moving into a new build house.
Despite best efforts and becuase its a new build house it has no phoneline and details on what broadband is avaliable is sketchy, exchnage has been upgraded and fibre is being rolled out but not sure if cabinet has been done.
So what I am getting it is can I freeze/suspened my Plus net account for the few weeks I am in rented so the couple of websites I have hosted continue to work and how can I find out without a phone number what speeds I am likley to get ?
Any help would be appreciated

We should be able to arrange that for a month or so, you'll need to talk to our house moves team though - if you ring up and have a word with them they'll be able to sort something out for you.
