Changing password tool

In the Username & Password Security Guide (in the Support Library) there is – under the Broadband Access heading ‘How do I change the password?' – the instruction: ‘Change your password using the ‘Change Password tool’.
Clicking on the ‘Change Password tool’ link merely takes me to the standard Plusnet login page. Where is the tool for making a change?
