Changing from BBYW Pro to Unlimited enquiry.

Hello,
I'm on an old Plusnet package - Broadband Your Way Pro at £19.99 a month.
I  would like to change to the Broadband Only Unlimited package at £12.49 a month.
I don't want Plusnet line rental or a router.
I have two questions:

I would like to know if I will be able to keep my Broadband phone and Fax numbers?
How long would it take for the order to be processed?

Hey Drat,
Yes, you'll keep the broadband phone and you'll keep the Fax numbers.
The change will happen on your next invoice date. It should display this before you confirm the change.

Unless your next invoice date is in the next couple of days, I believe, since it might not have time to process the order before the invoice process.

That's only usually a problem for home phone changes, broadband only changes are fine as long as it is done the day before or earlier.
