Certain Youtube videos blocked despite parental controls off

Hi all,

My wifi had an outage a few weeks ago and ever since some youtube videos (those with explicit content or official music videos) don't work. It says they're not available or not available in my country. They worked before the outage and also work on 4g. I don't have any parental controls on and I phoned Plusnet but they couldn't help. Does anyone have any advice?

This could be something to do with what your current IP is. Incorrectly “detected” country location is one sign of a problem. Please read the sticky topic about this problem and see if it is an IP issue (located in Everything Else section).
