Cannot upload my free-online website

After a break of several years I have updated my free-online website   www,terrybraverman.free-online.co.uk

but the settings do not work (see three error messages above)

Please can you help me?

Host should be homepages.free-online.net (note the hyphen).

Remote directory should be /htdocs

I assume that isn't your actual password? If it is, I'd suggest removing/changing it.
