Does anyone have experience of Bluetooth ? I have bought two different Dongles over time and cannot get either of them to work. I can get the Bluetooth headset to pair using Control Panel > Bluetooth without any problem. But I cannot use the ehadset because under Cpntrol Panel > Sounds, there is no refence to Bluetooth, only to my normal sound card. Furthermore, under "details" in Properties on the head set, there is just a blank screen.
Having Googled for help, it was suggested that I down load the latest Widcomm because I did not already have it all. Howerver that will not install because it cannot find the device. I am tearing my hair out and wonder what to try next.
The dongle came with no drivers or software, nor did the headset. Both state that they are fully compatible with Windows XP and need to software. The dongle is a USB 2.0 BLUETOOTH NANO ADAPTER and the headset a Samsung 200. I have XP 3 installed.
Can anyone help ? Thanks if you can.
