Cannot connect to work server (IP address conflict)

Hi - I work remotely on a Mac using SonicWall Mobile Connect and Microsoft Remote Desktop to connect to my work server, but since I've changed from BT to Plusnet I now cannot get onto the server, apparently an IP conflict (xxx.xxx.x.1) can someone please help me change my IP on the Hub manager?? I don't want to try myself and mess up the settings.
