Cannot add BT sport

Guys, im trying to add bt sport and it keeps saying oops something went wrong, can you please add the BT HD pack to my plan as it wont let me do it.

Can you post here the link that you are trying to use to add the "BT Sport" feature, so that we can see whether it works for anyone else.
