Can the voicemail service on PN be deactivated?
I now have my voip service running through a pap2 ATA box into my router and now just connect an analogue phone.
Would be handy if I could just use the phones messages.

Yeah I think your right it can't be cancelled
I was pondering today and realised that a possible way round this could be to set the answering machine on the phone to activate in less rings than the Plusnet voicemail
I'm not sure that I can change how the PN one works other than time how many rings before it licks in I suppose.
Just to make things a bit more interesting after looking through my pap2 settings I believe this also has some sort of answering system on the go !!!
With the pap2 running off PN account settings maybe the PN voice mail is being run by the pap2?
Any further help appreciated.
