Cancel an account or moving it to a new property?

Hi,
Does anyone know how to cancel a broadband account with plusnet or how to move it to a new property without calling the Housemoves Team on 08004320200? If calling this number is the only option, does someone know what times are the less busy?

Phoning will be your only option,  but there is a 0345 number.

Is the 0345 number cheaper than the 0800 one?? I am actually not familiar with those numbers here in UK.

If you're calling from a land line,  the 0800 number is free,   but not on a mobile
If you call from a mobile (under contract) the 0345 number is included within you allowance,  while an 0800 incurs a charged.
