How about naming it "Free Software Foundation" then we wouldn't get that Apple / Google rubbish.

Nope,  I use the propriety NVidia driver, not open source but FREE still.

Nope.
You're confusing commercial with proprietary.
Have you ever looked at the list of distros the GNU project won't endorse because of either their policies on or use of proprietary software?
Most of the well known ones...

I also use the Oracle Virtual Box s/w the non free one with usb support. again proprietary but Free for personal use.
