Out of curiosity, what is your screen resolution set to? Have you tried reducing your screen resolution then playing videos. I had a desktop PC that was good for design but playing videos online was out of the question, videos would be jerky etc. I would get it to work by lowering the resolution to the lowest setting, as it used less resources then, just a thought if you haven't fixed your prob

The really long-winded way to get around this problem might be:-
1) Download program from iPlayer
2) Use a program such as DeVeDe to burn a (rewritable) DVD. (this could take hours to do the conversion).
3) Put DVD into your DVD player
4) Watch on your television.
Quality is probably slightly better than analogue TV, if viewed on a widescreen digital TV.
(It's more comfortable than staring at a widescreen PC monitor)
