Can't log into hub to look at advanced settings.

Hi. Having issues with WiFi router and want to try changing channels. However I can't get the hub page to work on my browser. Or rather, it loads v slowly and altho I get the page initially, when I try to log in with admin password it can't send it when click on OK and get warning sign next to url and connection "times out" . Have tried at different times of the day... Any ideas please?

You don't say which browser that is, but you could try a different browser to eliminate that as the cause.

Presumably you are trying to use advanced because wifi isn't working?

Try a piece of ethernet cable, if possible.
