Can't listen to voicemail on Plustalk

Hi
I had an email to tell me I had a voicemail message on Plustalk (which was surprising since no-one knows the number), however having gone to the portal and tried to listen to it, it doesn't work.  Mediaplayer says it can't read the file type (the message says it's a wav file).

IIRC (from when I worked at PN) there was a problem raised on this shortly before I left.  You should be able to hear the voicemail by calling 7001 as per the FAQ here.
