Re: Can't access my site

I get the same as you Jim from work, which is NOT a PlusNet connection.  The IP address is an 1&1 IP address in Germany.

No reply here in a time I was prepared to wait, and I'm not on PN either.  Crazy

Re: Can't access my site

I also have a website on 1&1 which is inaccessible at the moment - although it was ok earlier. Looks like they have a problem at the moment.

Re: Can't access my site

Hello Jim,
Using Firefox, Plusnet, Zonealarm,
I get a blank screen...... no address in the address bar...... an active icon (going round in circles) on the left top under the toolbar, and bottom left tool bar says "waiting for www.joanscott.co.uk "
In the time it took to type this, it has now appeared as full (normal) webpages display.
(took about 2 mins from clicking on your link)

Thank you for contacting us.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
As of the moment, we are having an issue regarding the websites which
are not accessible. Some will take time to load up or it will just
display a blank page.
The administrators are already aware of this issue but we cannot give
you the exact timeframe on when this will be available. We can rest
assure you that it is already set to high priority since most of the UK
accounts are affected.
Please bear with us since they are doing their best to resolve the
issue.

Re: Can't access my site

My site just became accessible again, so whatever it was they seem to have sorted it.
I think we are spoilt here by PlusNet transparency Smiley
