I`ve just joined Plusnet and am struggling with this issue.. I think it is my Laptop communication that is the issue as my phone connects ok.
On initial boot up the lap top connects to the router and has internet connection.. Once it goes into "sleep" mode it will connect to the router but states No Internet Connection.. Trouble shooting states "The Default Gateway is unavailable;. I unchecked the box regarding the Wifi Adaptor "allow the computer to turn off this device in power save"
Any ideas ?
