Can somebody tell me......

......why 32-bit Vista Home Basic should have a x86 folder?
AFAIK my Vista Business doesn't. I only ask because Kaspersky threw up a vulnerability in it relating to msxml6.dll file. After lots of googling and trying to get the correct patch (all the viruslist.com ones were not applicable to my system so didn't install) I applied one from Microsoft which has upgraded it from version 6.0.3883.0 to 6.10.1129.0 but KIS still thinks it's vulnerable.
I am going to have to leave it be because I can't think what else to do.
Have also googled this x86 folder and most of the posts relate to 64-bit Vista containing the file for 32-bit applications.  If anyone can explain would be most happy to listen (and understand).  Huh
