Can others check this url please

This is a URL I've been using for ages. It's a link to a distro mirror. I was using it last night and now it's "stopped working" -- it throws a "Forbidden" (403)
I know for a fact that others in the UK can open it -- can other PlusNet users open it though?
What could be the problem ?

It says        FTP archive directory

It appears to be hidden and unavailable from the parent directory.

it just started working for me again now ... maybe they were maintaining
