We've had a couple of reports where calls are being taken from the credit balance instead of the minutes allowance. At the moment, i've had 2 reports from users who are on Broadband Phone 240 - please could you post here if you are seeing similar issues. Be sure to check the following before testing this: *You have enabled chargeable calls on the extension page *Your product is not a PAYG account or other product where you making a call outside the tariff (e.g. E&Ws) cheers.
An update from Gradwell on this one.... We do have an outstanding issue with 'unbilled calls' moving to 'billed calls' on the 1st of every month (this is the way traditional Gradwell accounts work). Some development work is required to ensure that all 'unbilled calls' are bundled together to form 'billed calls' on your billing date as apposed to the 1st of every month. As a consequence this is causing some issues with some calls becoming chargeable calls as apposed to inclusive minutes allowance deducted calls. I'll update you with some more information as I get it.
