Thanks Bob. I tried this but eventually got through to support on the phone. They found a problem with the account setup and will be correcting it soon, I hope. I'll post another reply when it's sorted in case anyone else gets this problem. Wait times for chat and phone are long though and it took half an hour to get the support guy on the chat to understand that it was the cgi login and not the account login that was the problem!
