CCTV Required

Sadly we feel it's time to get cctv but we have no idea what to get.

Requirements:

Budget £500

10 Meter Distance to observable object:

Mount point under eaves:

Cable preferred:

Must work well after dark:

For external use:

2 cameras required:

I don't care if it's bulky:

Sound Optional:

No great need to monitor online:

Add a  hard drive you need approx 1Tb per camera is what I was advised, this model supports H265 encoding, but the cameras are only H264+ so you could purchase a cheaper NVR. 

It's a one wire install, the cameras and NVR are PoE.
