Buffering

I can only watch on-line videos such as Youtube, iPlayer, for a few seconds before buffering occurs.  How can I stop this?  This only started a couple of weeks ago.  I am not very experienced about the solution to problems.  I've got Flashplayer installed.

Hi there,
I can see that you've got a fault raised with us with regards to your Telephone Service. We're expecting to get a further update on this within the next 48 hours. We'll keep you posted on this via Ticket: 76281481.

Re: Buffering

If there is a fault on the telephone line it's almost certain it will drastically affect your broadband speeds. You might need help getting back to full speed after the phone fault is fixed - so if it doesn't improve post back with the information requested in the post Jim linked.
