I've managed to connect my printer to the router (WLAN report shows 'OK'), but since I changed to Plusnet the printer doesn't appear on my laptop. I downloaded the latest drivers and again in the process the printer/laptop connected and printed out an 'OK' report but the download won't complete because the printer does not show up on the laptop. It says something about configuring an IP address but the option is greyed out. I hope it appears obvious that I'm an IT idiot, but any (simple) help would be appreciated! Thanks

Assuming when you joined Plusnet, you changed your router too, Brother offer a guide to issues caused by changing your router here which might be worth trying
