We were in the process of upgrading opur Broadband Phone servers this morning and experienced problems and as such, needed to roll back.
Did you see the planned maintenance we posted about the work to Broadband Phone?

It is unfortunate that it was necessary to roll back - we will be fixing the issues that we came up against this morning and will reattempt as soon as we can!
I do promise you that having a stable Broadband Phone platform is a primary objective of ours and the upgrades we have been carrying out over the last few weeks have seen some real improvements in stability and uptime from where I'm sat.

I was premature, sorry.
I bet you've put back the server that was removed 3-weeks ago!
Fingers crossed for the next go......

Using X-Lite, a terrible noise is heard while the line is supposed to be ringing. Does anybody else have this problem? http://paulbrett.plus.com/tmp/Outgoing.wav
I use a Zyxel P2002 for calls normally, and this isn't working at all (probably doesn't like the noise)

Edit: Problem 45343
Another Edit: This should be fixed now. You'll probably need to disconnect and re-register before it's working again though.
