Not sure what it is a bout BT - but everyone seems to dislike them, retail customers, business customers, suppliers.
When i worked with them when our firm was a commercial partner - our customers - some very large government bodies - they almost all without exception had very little good to say about them.
Makes one wonder how they are still in business.
Maybe it's just the British way - we all like to knock our big organisations, be they British Rail, British Airways, British Telecom !!!
