British Summer Time

This morning UK moved to British Summer Time

My Plusnet Hub One has not - Why?

@john1827 Welcome to the forums. Where are you looking for this time? Sorry, but I don't know the Hub1, so please explan clearly - a picture would be even better.

Hi jab1

We have been with Plusnet just over a year

Noticed the Plusnet Hub did not change to British Summer Time last year which meant I had so set the Internet Access Control times back one hour so they would operated when required. Also the  Event Log timings were out by one hour. I just put up with it then.

Just noted there have been previous posts on this topic last year:

Wondered whether there had been a fix and an update to the Hub 1 firmware that I have not received

@john1827 Looking at the linked post in yours - I can't see if it has been fixed. The only idea I have at the moment is to tag @bobpullen (the network expert on PN staff), and see if he picks this up.

Sorry I can't be of more help, but maybe Bob will now respond when he's back on line.

Fix

This has been fixed, however the firmware has not yet been deployed. Plan was to have released it by now, but there have been a few last minute issues that we're still working through.

@john1827 - If you reboot your hub, you should find the time is reflected accurately. Let me know if not.

Following reboot System up, firmware version: 4.7.5.1.83.8.289 (was 263)

I have the same issue but even after re-boot the router is only using GMT. Software details - Plusnet Hub One | Software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.263 | Last updated 26/03/19. Any ideas?
