My lenovo E535 laptop running Win 7 Prof. now tells me that "Bluetooth stack service" cannot start" When I shut down. I do not have any Bluetooth kit but I do not know what this application does. I assume that it has come from an update or something. Anyone who knows out there?

Hello Colin. I don't know if this is any help? Not my area of expertise.

Hi! Anotherone!!
Thanks as usual!!
That would seem to be the answer, I tried Method 1 and all looked good but I did then change as recommended so it looks like something else is funny. It does seem that a faulty update is the culprit. However I have not had any repeats of the error message for some time so perhaps $MS have sorted it out with another update. i will respond if the trouble re-emergises.
