Blocking IP Address's

Is it possible that, by mistake, Plusnet is blocking access to Claranet SOHO?

It's OK for me too and I can reach and login to that webmail portal.

I have checked with Claranet and they assure me the e-mail account is OK. Claranet used 'Team Viewer' to access my machine and checked all was well at my end. They seemed to think it was but were unable to get access to their web mail via my machine.
As a last resort they suggested I query the 'accidental blocking' by Plusnet.
I have tried to access the Claranet web mail using four different machines from here!
Any suggestions welcome....

Restart your router - this will give you a new ip address.

Does a tracert webmail.clara.net reach the destination (I get 80.168.46.10)? It does for me going via gateway ptw-ag02.

Thanks - a reboot and restarting the router did the trick.
I didn't think to try re-starting the router as it is switched off  every evening when we go to bed, so is re-started very day!
This is my first time 'in the community'  - thanks for interest and help with my problem.

Hi.
Just wanted to add that if you're on ADSL, you should not turn your router off at night. The equipment in your exchange monitors the active line to "train" the connection...which is to set it at the optimal speed. This process can take a couple of days sometimes.
By continually turning it off over night, the equipment in the exchange "resets" and starts again at a safe speed. You should leave it on all the time to ensure that your connection is always running full speed.
