Blackberry curve 9320

i know this is nothing to do with plusnet but i have a blackberry 9320 and it says i have an update available (version 7.10 Bundle 2931), but when i go to update my device it fails to even start the update because it says im not connected to a "wifi" but im connected to my wireless router? can anyone help me please?

have you tried when connected via the mobile phone network

i have tried that to but it comes up with the same message
