I can connect to the internet using HTTPS and FTP (can both
get and
put) but cannot connect using HTTP
I can ping say "community.plus.net" and get a response.
Diagnostic error reads

Check the firewall settings for HTTP port (80), HTTPS port (443), and FTP(21)
You may need to contact your ISP…..or firewall manufacturer |
But other PC works fine so not ISP.
OS = XP, firewall = MS.
I've
reset the firewall setting to default
any ideas?
