Having used a Netgear happily for a few years I decided to change router for a wireless 'N' type and chose a BiPAC 7800N which was duly ordered from www.broadbandstuff.co.uk.
Within 24 hours the unit had died and I contacted broadbandstuff to request a replacement. They told be to contact Billion for authorisation which I did.
Billion sent me a disaster recovery procedure, which failed to get the unit to respond, and an updated firmware.
I dutifully went through their procedure which inevitably failed and told them so.
They eventually sent me a returns procedure with an RMA and a replacement was sent to me.
I don't have a problem with Billion and wait to see if the replacement crosses the 24 hour barrier but you can probably guess where I won't be going for further broadband stuff
The wireless range and speed is way ahead of the Netgear, as expected, and I am getting killed less on MW2 on my PS3
Note to self...PS3 mentioned but don't move thread to Gamers forum.

under all the current UK distant selling regs. your contract was with broadbandstuff and not Billion, they should have replaced it, or refunded the cost

I too have one of these router bought from broadbandbuyer.co.uk.
Excellent router, solved all the issues that I was having with my Netgear.

@Pierré absolutely agree but I couldn't be bothered to argue (yes I know I should be) but they (broadbandstuff) have lost a customer.
@Adiewoo I never really had any problems with netgear, just needed an upgrade.
Broadbandbuyer seem to have a no quibble swap-out policy which is far better.

My list of problems with the DG834PN..
1) Bluetooth knocked out the wi-fi signal - not good when using a PS3
2) Using the microwave knocked out the wireless signal, even though it's in a different room.
3) It crashed copying anything more than 100MB round the local network
4) It wouldn't stream between Mac and PS3 properly
That's just off the top of my head.
Not one of these issues remain. It's been bliss...

Update:
It is well past the 24 hour barrier and the router is still going strong so I am more confident now
