Been a bit stupid

Hallo All
been a bit daft  --- new billing period started yesterday, accidentally left Mac on Downloading when rushed out of house this AM....32GB 
obviously this is leaving me a bit restricted for rest of month (60GB limit) --- other than not downloading, can anyone give me any options...

I suspect my only option is to suck it up, but thought I'd ask anyway

Either that or if it's urgent you could add another 5GB usage for £5
