Backing up and restoring emails with Opera 10

I've only been using opera 10 for emails
Now I need to backup and restore since I will be upgrading from Vista Home Premium 32-bit to Windows 7 Home Premium
I'm going t run a fresh install so all data will be gone
Now I wish I'd used Thunderbird because Mozbackup is so easy to use
I have searchd through Opera's help files but found nothing that I could use or understand
Can anyone help with a simple east to use program or method for this?
