Back to My Mac issues

Not sure where to post this as a new user...
Apple is suggesting turning on NAT-PMP or UPnP to increase Back to My Mac speed... but how?
I have a Technicolor router.
Thanks.

Re: Back to My Mac issues

Upnp is normally ON for these routers.
Check the web page at 192.168.1.254
log in using the admin details on the router.
Navigate to the internet area.

Thanks, but I'm not sure where that gets me, see attachment...

Re: Back to My Mac issues

Have a look round the menu, as long as you don't change anything and click OK you can view it.
I don't use that router so can't tell you where to go.
