feel sry for the value customers. least i could say OI at plusnet and got it sorted in short term 
asbo goes into conspiracy mode and starts wondering why his iplayer went dodgie a month before BT relesed the sig for there value customers

I tried to read Telegraph link on this but although page opens, get immediate error message appearing
& can't scroll down

hum looks like BT are using PN's traffic management expertise as a weapon of mass destruction.
