BT sports .. Not switching me on

Just ordered BT SPORTS i have already got a sky viewing card why do I have to wait for one to be sent out?
I've been on hold on the phone for 10 mins waiting to talk to someone.

Not quite sure the answer to why the send out another card but it can take a number of days for BT Sport to be activated.

If you have  entered your existing sky card number during the order process BT Sport will be activated on that card. The message about a new card is misleading.

Sorry for the confusion. Did this get resolved for you in the end? I understand that you currently have BT Sport with a different provider at the moment and it's stopping us from proceeding with our orders.

After moving over from BT to Plusnet I`ve just cancelled BT Sport and signed up with the Plusnet package. I`ve also had the message that I need a new viewing card even though I have a Sky subscription. How long will it take as really don`t want to miss any footy next weekend.

Are you ok to give it a try now?
If it works then stick the NBA on tomorrow night.
