BT Voyager 2110 login problem

I recently upgraded the firmware on my Voyager 2110. Since then, I seem to have to login via voyager.home as per step 8 of:
http://www.plus.net/support/hardware/voyager2110_setup_guide.pdf
Until I do this, I can't get out onto t'internet...
I shouldn't need to do this everytime I boot my PC should I? I've also noticed that if I reboot the router - I can then access the web - without providing the login details.
Any ideas? Before the firmware upgrade, this was not a problem.

It might be that it's reset your timeout settings as part of the upgrade - this should be in the advanced part of the ADSL settings section. If this is set to 0 the router should reconnect itself. Either that or there's an option in the new firmware to reconnect on loss that hasn't been ticked.

OK, thanks. I'm pretty sure I checked that already but will double check tonight to make sure.
